The Process
Step 1: FILL OUT THE FORM BELOW and RESERVE YOUR DATE
We can only process so many flowers and champagne bottles at a time due to the large amount of time and care required throughout the preservation and pouring process.
For this reason, we can only take a limited amount of orders so be sure to reserve your spot as soon as possible!
Step 2: DROP OFF YOUR BLOOMS/CHAMPAGNE BOTTLE or MAIL CHAMPAGNE BOTTLE
At this point we are only taking local Oklahoma City and surrounding area reservations for floral. For Champagne Bottles, they can be dropped off OR mailed (to be discussed after placing reservation)
All bouquets must be dropped off and picked up. We are not accommodating shipped orders for floral at this time (but maybe in the near future!) We are accommodating shipped orders for the champagne bottles
Step 3: BSE STARTS CREATING YOUR CUSTOM ORDER!
Upon receiving your flowers and champagne bottle, we meticulously evaluate and dry the florals, focusing on the ones that hold special significance to you.
After the drying process, we'll craft a design and seek your approval before proceeding with pouring. Feel free to share inspiration photos in the form below to guide our design process.
Please note that the entire process, from evaluation to completion, may take approximately 12-14 weeks. Once your artwork is ready, we will notify you for pickup or arrange a suitable delivery option. Thank you for choosing us to preserve your cherished memories!
